Matthew 5:14

“I have but one candle of life to burn, and I would rather burn it out in a land filled with darkness than in a land flooded with light.”
-          John Falconer

Hebrews 12:1

"Send me anywhere, only go with me. Lay any burden on me, only sustain me. Sever any tie, but the ties that bind me to your service and to your heart."

--David Livingstone

Livingstone is considered more of an explorer than a missionary by many authors of history. As a missionary, I can only hope to have the heart of this explorer!

Psalms 63:1-2

Some prayer requests for us and our ministry:

1. Savannah - things are still right on track for Savannah to be delivering our first born some time in the next 7-10 days. The anticipation of it all has plastered a permanent smile on my wife...priceless! However, this morning we did a Bible study of this whole birthing process - maybe John 16:21 was the only verse out of many that at least had something positive to say!

2. August Bible Conference - we have a great preacher coming over this year (Carlton Cooper) along with a group of college students from Gospel Light Baptist Church and a Dental team. We are very much looking forward to seeing the Lord use each of these team members for the glory of the Father.

3. Supply Container - we are in the process of gathering the resources necessary to send a 40 ft container from the USA to Zambia. The container will have thousands of Bibles, New Testaments, Tracts, Medical supplies, Orphanage supplies, and helps for the ministry. If the needed resources come in, we are hoping to ship in mid-April!!

Please be praying for my wife to have a safe delivery for both mom and child, a great harvest of souls from our August Bible Conference, and the necessary resources to ship our 2010 container.
